Mr. WC Terrell Gray Named Assistant Director of Student Accessibility Services (SAS)

Mr. WC Terrell Gray has been appointed to the position of Assistant Director of Student Accessibility Services effective May 3rd, 2021. In this role, Mr. Gray will oversee the day-to-day operations for accommodations, assistive technology resources, and testing & note-taking services for the Office of Student Accessibility Services (SAS), championing access for our scholars with learning differences, documented disabilities and/or medical conditions. Mr. Gray will also join the SAS Director & Team in serving as a campus consultant for the Americans with Disability Act (ADA), Section 504, & accessibility best practices.

Prior to this role, Mr. Gray served as the Coordinator for the Office of Student Accessibility Services. In this role, he provided direct services to SAS Scholars, spearheaded the full implementation of Eagle Accommodate (online case management database system), developed departmental assessment & evaluations tools to ensure units goals and objectives were met, and led trainings with faculty/staff concerning ADA & section 504. He also assisted with the initial development and administration of the Office of Student Accessibility Service’s TRIO Student Acce[SSS] program.

Mr. Gray received his Bachelor's of Science in Accounting from Fort Valley State University.
