The Office of Business and Auxiliary Services is here to efficiently manage operations vital to the campus while maintaining professionalism in customer service. Our managers oversee the University Bookstore, Food Services, the Eagle Card Office, Central Graphics and the Eagle Copy Center, the NCCU Ticket Office, the Mail Center, campus risk management and workers’ compensation. Meeting the needs of the students, faculty, staff and general public who we serve each day is our ultimate goal.
Bookstore
The NCCU Bookstore is the place to shop for all your campus needs:
- Textbooks (new and used) and course materials
- School and residence hall supplies
- Computer equipment and software
- General books and magazines
- NCCU apparel, gifts and memorabilia
In our new and larger space in the Latham Parking Deck, we have an expanded selection of merchandise.
Central Graphics Copy Center
With capabilities to produce many types of special printings, Central Graphics is NCCU’s onsite print center. Central Graphics is located in the lower level of the Student Health Building and is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. We may be reached at 919-530-6835.
Eagle Card Office
The Eagle Card Office provides students, faculty and staff with a “one card” that gives access to a variety of campus services and facilities. We are located in the Lee Biology Building, Room 117. The Eagle Card Office is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Please contact us at 919-530-5010.
Ticket Office
The Ticket Office is your official on-campus ticket seller! You can purchase tickets to:
- Athletic events
- Theater productions
- Special events
The Ticket Office accepts cash and credit or debit cards (MasterCard or Visa). Please make all checks payable “NCCU Ticket Office." The NCCU Ticket Office is the only authorized seller for all campus events that require a ticket for admission. No refunds or exchanges are permitted. The NCCU Ticket Office is located on the lower level of W.G. Pearson Cafeteria on Lawson Street.

Workers' Compensation
Workers' compensation provides benefits to employees who are injured or contract occupational diseases while carrying out the duties and responsibilities of their employment. The University handles all claims for workers' compensation. This regulation sets forth responsibilities for processing and monitoring workers' compensation claims and procedures for properly filing a claim for workers' compensation. Such claims should be submitted to the Risk Management Department of Business and Auxiliary Services.
