Spring 2023 Faculty-and-Staff Tuition Waiver Deadline

The deadline to submit your approved Faculty-and-Staff Tuition Waiver Form to the Student Accounting Department for the Spring 2023 Term is by 4 p.m. on January 23, 2023.

Your student account will be flagged so you will not be dropped from your classes if the Student Accounting Department receives your approved Spring 2023 Faculty-and-Staff Tuition Wavier Form from our Human Resources Department by 4 p.m. on January 23, 2023, and if your approved Spring 2023 Faculty and Staff Tuition Waiver is being used as part of your payment to satisfy the required one-half payment that is due by 4 p.m. on January 23, 2023.

Please note: You will have to waive your accident and sickness insurance by January 17, 2023, if you plan to use your accident and sickness insurance waiver as part of your required one-half payment. Your faculty-and-staff tuition waiver cannot be used to pay your accident and sickness insurance charge.

Spring 2023 faculty-and-staff tuition waivers will be applied to the students’ accounts by March 31, 2023. Any refunds due to students as a result of the Spring 2023 faculty-and-staff tuition waivers will be applied to the students’ accounts by April 14, 2023.

Please note: Students in the Executive Masters of Public Administration Program (EMPA Program) cannot use the faculty-and-staff tuition waiver to pay for any courses in this program.
