Cybersecurity Career Awareness Week

Week 3 (October 1823) of Cybersecurity Awareness Month will highlight the Cybersecurity Career Awareness Week led by the National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education (NICE). This is a week-long campaign that inspires and promotes the exploration of cybersecurity careers.

Laptop Announcement

The recipients of the NCCU laptop bundles are all first-time, full-time students who are classified as follows:

• Freshman
• Transfer
• Graduate
• Law, or
• Doctoral

If a student meets this criterion and has not received an email, they will receive an email on August 30 to pick up their laptop bundle that week.

ITS Fall 2021 Schedule

Self-Service Account Management Tool

Starting July 1, 2021, NCCU will have a new self-service account management system through Microsoft’s Office 365 Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR). Office 365 SSPR grants staff, faculty, and students the same features PortalGuard offered and more. As we introduce Office 365 SSPR, we will be decommissioning our current system, PortalGuard.

Security in meetings is important for the confidentiality of you and your participants in your meeting. Being aware of security features helps to prevent any malicious disruption of your meeting and/or event.
