Current About the Process Grievance Form Complete The Student Grievance Form provides students with a formal procedure to make claims that their rights under law or university policy have been violated. Students are encouraged to attempt to resolve issues at the appropriate level of dispute; however, should this approach fail or be inappropriate, students may submit a grievance through the form below. You will receive confirmation that your grievance was received and routed to the appropriate office within 24 hours. This form should not be used to submit grievances regarding student conduct appeals. Please see the Student Code of Conduct for additional information.
