Requests not submitted at least seven (7) working days before the travel date are subject to cancellation.
Itineraries must include the student's cell number and student ID number. Also, the student's confirmed flight information should be uploaded to the itinerary section. Failure to provide a valid itinerary will result in the cancellation of your request.
Due to safety concerns related to allergies and choking hazards, NCCU Transportation does not permit students to eat or drink on NCCU Transportation vehicles. The operator reserves the right to request that passengers dispose of any open food or drink before boarding the vehicle. Passengers will be asked to refrain from eating on the vehicle and to avoid boarding the vehicle with any open containers that cannot be resealed. Only under exceptional circumstances will eating/drinking be allowed on the vehicles.
Please review the attached liability waivers and sign where applicable. All passengers must complete the attached document(s) before boarding an NCCU vehicle. Passengers who regularly use NCCU vehicles throughout the semester will only need to sign the document(s) one time per academic year.
The RDU Shuttle designated pickup area is located at the Latham Parking Deck Surface Lot shuttle stop. The shuttle will depart from campus at its scheduled time and will not accommodate late arrivals. Students who arrive late will have their shuttle request cancelled.
