Jr. Network Technician

Student Network Technician is a temporary position for student workers.  Student Network Technicians are responsible for providing network connectivity assistance to the NCCU community, including students, faculty, staff and other on-campus constituents.  Under the direction of an ITS network team member, the Student Network Technician will assist in supporting both wired and wireless connections, creating/monitoring network traffic reports and documenting configuration management of network devices.  

Student must have basic computer knowledge, and have strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Must be confident in diagnosing and resolving a variety of Windows, MacOS, IOS and Android connectivity problems. Must be a self-motivated problem solver and have a desire to learn new technologies.
