How to Apply for Graduation in Banner 9

  • Log in to Banner 9 through myEOL.
  • Select Student Self-Service.
  • Click on Student Profile.
  • Scroll down and click Apply to Graduate (located on the lower left side of the screen).
  • Choose your Graduation Term.
  • Confirm your Curriculum.
    Important: If your program is incorrect, do not proceed. You must first submit a Declaration or Change of Major, Minor, or Concentration Form to update your program.
    • If you are pursuing a double major or dual degree, you must complete two separate graduation applications.
  • Select your Graduation Date.
  • Indicate whether you will attend the graduation ceremony.
  • Choose the name to be printed on your diploma (select your current name in Banner or enter a new one).
  • Select your mailing address.
  • Review all entered information for accuracy.
  • Click Submit to complete your application.

Note: You may not make changes to the application once it has been submitted.
