Description
If you do not know your password for the myParent portal, you will need to reset your password using the following instructions:
- First, request a password reset using the following URL (replace “USERNAME” with your username): https://myeol.nccu.edu/user/password?name=USERNAME
- If you do not receive the password reset email after a few minutes, look for it in your junk/spam folder.
- Once you have the email, use the link in it to reset your password.
- After resetting, please clear your browser cache.
- Finally, log in using the following URL: https://myeol.nccu.edu/myparent-login
Note: If you do not know your username, please reach out to the Parent Family Association or the Division of Student Affairs for assistance. In most cases, your username is the same as the email you provided for registration in the portal.
