Withdrawal Schedule for Prorated Bill Adjustment for Tuition and Fees (Spring 2026)

A student who officially withdraws from the University will receive a prorated bill adjustment as follows:

Before the end of the official drop/add period, 100% of the charge for tuition and fees will be reversed.

October 15, 2025, to January 26, 2026:

  • 100% reversal of tuition and fees.
  • Within two weeks after the close of the official drop/add period, 40% of the charge for tuition and fees will be reversed.
  • You will be responsible for paying back 60% of your tuition and fees.

January 27, 2026, to February 6, 2026:

  • 40% reversal of tuition and fees.
  • Within four weeks after the close of the official drop/add period, 20% of the charge for tuition and fees will be reversed.
  • You will be responsible for paying back 80% of your tuition and fees.

February 7, 2026, to February 20, 2026:

  • 20% reversal of tuition and fees.

After February 20, 2026:

  • No reversal of tuition and fee charges.

Tuition and fees are not reversed after four weeks from the close of the official drop/add period.

You will be responsible for paying back 100% of your tuition and fees.

Please note: There is no adjustment of tuition and fees for a student who drops a class after the close of the official drop/add period while remaining enrolled in another class or classes.
