How to Obtain Your Payment History

Go to the myEOL homepage: https://myeol.nccu.edu/.

  • Select the "Banner SSB" button under "Administrative & Academic Services."
  • Select the "Student" tab.
  • Click on the "View E-Bill" link.
  • Click on the "NCCU Account Suite" button (you will be directed to the Touchnet website).
  • Select the "Payments" tab.
  • Click on the "Payment History" tab.
  • Make your selections.
  • Click on the "View Payment History" button.

Go directly to the Banner SSB login page: https://ssbprod-nccu.uncecs.edu/pls/NCCUPROD/twbkwbis.P_ValLogin

  • Enter your user ID (use your Banner ID number).
  • Enter your PIN (see below if you have forgotten your PIN).
  • Click on the "Login" button.
  • Select the "Student" tab.
  • Click on the "View E-Bill" link.
  • Click on the "NCCU Account Suite" button (you will be directed to the Touchnet website).
  • Select the "Payments" tab.
  • Click on the "Payment History" tab.
  • Make your selections.
  • Click on the "View Payment History" button.

Note: If you have forgotten your PIN, click the "Forgot PIN?" link after you have entered your user ID. Answer your security question and then click "Submit Answer." You will be prompted to enter a new PIN. Choose a six-digit number as your PIN.

If this does not work, call the Eagle Technical Assistance Center (ETAC) at 919-530-7676 to request the PIN be reset.
