Case Manager, Office of the Dean of Students

The case manager in the Division of Student Affairs at North Carolina Central University is responsible for assisting students with academic, social, emotional, professional and cultural development. The case manager will support students learning and development by assuming a primary role in case assessment, student referrals, and case management of various student issues, including health and mental health emergencies.

The office is committed to helping students navigate university policies and procedures. Our goal is to empower students to find solutions to day-to-day obstacles they may encounter by providing support with academic, family, health, and other issues.
