M.S.W. Graduate Student Association

The mission of the Master of Social Work Graduate Student Association is to unite first- and second-year cohort Master of Social Work students to collaborate with social work professionals and community organizations to enhance professional interest in the field of social work.

Our goals are to grow awareness of the Master of Social Work program, intensify participation in community and university attributes, build a network that complements the social work student body and produce increased professional development and networking opportunities

Election of officers shall be held at the end of each fall semester in the month of November. Elected officers will shadow the month of December and will occupy positions starting January 1.  Executive board members must be social work master students.  Past roles for the board have included president, vice president, treasurer, secretary, fundraiser/community outreach coordinator, student body representative and faculty body representative.
