North Carolina Central University is committed to equipping students with the technology they need to succeed academically. As part of this commitment, NCCU has established agreements with Apple, Dell, and Lenovo to offer students and employees the opportunity to purchase fully featured technology at discounted prices through the NCCU Student and Employee Tech Discounts Program.
The NCCU Student and Employee Tech Discounts Program is designed to help you obtain the best technology at a reduced cost. Information Technology Services (ITS) has worked with these vendors to negotiate pricing that maximizes value, so you can choose the technology that best meets your needs.
Participation in this program is not mandatory, but it is a highly effective way to support your educational growth. When you purchase technology from these vendors using the designated links, you can be confident that ITS will fully support the laptop that you purchase on campus. Our certified ITS technicians provide on‑site repair services. Simply drop off your laptop at the NCCU Eagle Technical Center (ETC), located on the first floor of the James E. Shepard Library, and we will assist you with any issues.
For questions or help with the purchasing process, contact the Eagle Technical Assistance Center (ETAC) at 919‑530‑7676 to speak with a knowledgeable consultant.
