The Request for Off-Duty Law Enforcement/Security Personnel Form is to be used by campus departments and entities to request police/security presence at an event. The form provides the necessary details for University Police to review staffing and ensure that staffing can be allocated appropriately.
Note: If approved, approval is subject to revocation by the Chief of Police or Captain of Operations in the event any Departmental policies, procedures, or directives are violated or departmental needs require the officer’s presence.
