32nd Annual Jazz Festival: Jazz Composer Master Class and Lab

Join us for a master class and lab as part of our jazz composer residency with the WeUp ReUp Trio!

The community master class will occur at 1 p.m. on April 24 in the B.N. Duke Annex, with a Jazz Studies student composer lab at 4 p.m. in the B.N. Duke Annex Band Room. During the events, the WeUp ReUp Trio will work with student composers to mentor/facilitate their creative process using various jazz compositional approaches.

The WeUp ReUp Trio consists of the following members: Nasheet Waits (drummer), Eric Revis (bassist) and J.D. Allen (saxophonist).

Note: This event is part of NCCU's annual Jazz Festival.
