Dr. Reginald Ellis is the assistant dean of the School of Graduate Studies and Research at Florida A&M University. Dr. Ellis is an associate professor and one of the foremost experts on the life and work of NCCU's founder, Dr. James E. Shepard. He is the author of the book "Between Washington and DuBois: The Racial Politics of Dr. James E. Shepard."
