Have you thought about how hip-hop and pop culture impact your ideas and concepts about love and relationships? We are going to entertain and educate by featuring local and nationally renowned DJs, lyricists, and spoken word artists Dasan Ahanu, G Yamazawa, and Rudy Francisco to help raise our consciousness about the culture—from the booth to the stage to the videos.
Sponsored by the Women's Center, Men's Achievement Center, and Office of Student Conduct and Community Standards, the event will feature rhymes and beats plus prizes and sweet treats (dessert bar).
Student organizations with most members in attendance and who complete the final evaluation are eligible for a monetary gift to host other awareness-related events!
