The James E. Shepard Memorial Library presents "Juneteenth: Looking Back While Moving Forward."
The virtual event will include special presentations about the history of Juneteenth along with a panel discussion regarding criminal justice reform, economic wealth, African American women leadership, and the role of the black church in the African American community.
