The Department of Theatre will present its annual Spring Dance Concert on Sunday, April 10, at 4 p.m. in the Amphitheatre at the NC Museum of Art. This year's concert is sponsored by a grant funded by the NC Arts Council and features the Bull City Bridge Project.
The Bull City Bridge Project is a community-campus partnership between NCCU Dance, Riverside High School and Southern High School. This collaborative performance will feature students from all three programs performing original jazz, modern and afro-contemporary dance works by NCCU dance faculty, Dr. Kristi Vincent Johnson, and guest artists Willie Hinton and Jamie Shakur. Admission is free. For more information, contact Shayron Saunders at 919-530-6242.
