The BeFAB program offers a web application that provides students with interactive tools, educational resources, and engaging activities designed to reflect their culture, experiences, and campus life. The program focuses on three primary goals: maintaining a healthy weight, increasing physical activity, and improving nutrition. Through the BeFAB web app, NCCU students receive personalized support, evidence-based health education, and practical strategies to build lifelong healthy habits, enhance overall wellness, and help reduce health disparities within the HBCU community.
