Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) helps you support others through prevention and early intervention responses for their well-being. The course teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges among adults. You will build the skills and confidence you need to reach out and provide initial support to those who are struggling. You’ll also learn how to help connect them to appropriate support.

Adult Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training will be offered in a blended in-person format (a 2-hour self-paced module and instructor-led training [ILT] in person on this date). 

Registration is tiered for students, employees, and community members.
