James E. Shepard Memorial Library Celebrating 50 Years of Hip Hop: Graffiti and Art Exhibition/Contest

The James E. Shepard Memorial Library is sponsoring a Graffiti and Art Exhibition/Contest at the Library Bowl on April 6 at 10:40 a.m. Join us for music with a DJ, an NCCU Flight Dancer performance, a contest, prizes, food and fun.
