Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Training, as a complementary training to Question Persuade Refer (QPR) training, is a hands‑on course focused on supporting mental well‑being in everyday situations.

MHFA emphasizes how to listen without judgment, reduce stigma, offer initial support, and guide others toward helpful resources when mental health or substance use concerns arise.

This practical, skills‑based training is open to all backgrounds and helps strengthen a culture of care across our campus and community.

Registration is required, and space may be limited. We hope you will join us in this important mental health promotion effort.
