The Purchasing Office is the central resource for all procurement activities at North Carolina Central University. We support the University by coordinating the purchase of goods and services needed for academic programs, research, and daily operations. Our team works to ensure purchases are cost-effective, timely, and aligned with state requirements and best business practices.
The Purchasing Office adheres to all applicable North Carolina General Statutes and Administrative Code requirements governing procurement. Key services managed by the Purchasing Office include Eagles' Purch (the University’s e-procurement system), the University P-Card Program, and University Travel processes.
