Alterations, Repairs, and Maintenance
The mission of North Carolina Central University's Facilities Operations (comprised of Administration, Carpentry/Locksmith, Electrical, Grounds, Housekeeping, HVAC/Plumbing, Motor Pool, Painting, and Setups/Labor) is to provide support services to the University community.
Ground Services
North Carolina Central University's campus is 136 acres of hardscape, landscape, roadways, and utility distribution infrastructure that is maintained by the grounds team.
Housekeeping Services
Housekeeping Services is responsible for the safe and effective cleaning of all buildings on campus. We service the University 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
