The Fall 2025 Tuition Waiver should be submitted to the Student Accounting Department by 4 p.m. on August 1, 2025. Courses will be canceled for those who have not made satisfactory payment arrangements by 4 p.m. on August 4, 2025. Satisfactory payment arrangements mean you paid any balance prior to the Fall 2025 term in full and at least one-half of your Fall 2025 balance by 4 p.m.

This document contains details of the approved fall 2025 refund schedule. Checks will be mailed to the address on record for students who do not use the direct deposit option. Undergraduate students with loans must be enrolled in at least six credit hours to receive a refund from their loan proceeds.

The North Carolina Central University (NCCU) procurement card (P-Card) is essentially a standard Visa card in which the credit liability rests with the University instead of the individual cardholder. The P-Card is issued to an NCCU employee, empowering this person to purchase goods and services not available on state contract.
