The School of Graduate Studies is excited to welcome all of you to North Carolina Central University. This orientation is to provide you with resources that will benefit your graduate journey. There will also be an opportunity to ask the School of Graduate Studies team questions and learn more about NCCU and the graduate experience.
This pilot program will bring to you an innovative and interdisciplinary approach to an entrepreneurial mindset through NC Idea and the Ice House curriculum. The program is open to current entrepreneurs or those who have an interest in entrepreneurship. The program will run from June 22 to July 15 on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7 to 8:30 p.m. on Zoom.
This interactive training session will leave you equipped with in-depth knowledge on how to utilize the articulation system.

Starting July 1, 2021, NCCU will have a new self-service account management system through Microsoft’s Office 365 Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR). Office 365 SSPR grants staff, faculty, and students the same features PortalGuard offered and more. As we introduce Office 365 SSPR, we will be decommissioning our current system, PortalGuard.
The Department of Public Health Education is asking the community, along with all NCCU faculty, staff, and students, to donate blood at the blood drive taking place in the Alfonso Elder Student Union from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 15, 2021. Patients fighting sickle cell disease may require regular blood transfusions to avoid a health crisis.
