Organizational Chart Standards and Structure

The repository for all North Carolina Central University organizational charts is OHR's Classification and Compensation department. Below are standards and structures that are to be consistently applied to University organizational charts. NCCU Application for Family and Medical Leave (FMLA)

The Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993 (FMLA) requires covered employers to provide up to 12 weeks of paid or unpaid job protected leave to “eligible” employees for certain family and medical reasons. This can be used for serious personal illness, birth or adoption of a child, the serious illness of an immediate family member, qualifying exigency or military caregiver leave.

Thesis and Project Guidelines

Depending on your degree program and the option you selected, you may be required to submit a project, thesis or dissertation. In doing so, please follow these guidelines.
