The Center for Child and Family Health (a partner of NCCU) is recruiting for the Young Adult Structured Psychotherapy for Adolescents Responding to Chronic Stress (SPARCS) group. This hybrid group therapy is for young adults (ages 18–21) who’ve experienced trauma or chronic stress.
It includes 16 sessions starting in February, with flexible timing based on interest. SPARCS focuses on cultivating awareness, coping skills, connection, and creating purpose through interactive activities, group discussions, and peer support. It is provided free-of-cost.
