For nearly a decade, Higher Expectations, the University of North Carolina System’s Strategic Plan, has been driving progress under five key themes: Access, Student Success, Affordability and Efficiency, Economic Impact and Community Engagement, and Excellent and Diverse Institutions. Our current plan will end in 2027. While these themes remain as relevant as ever, the landscape of higher education continues to change. This year, as we work to refresh the plan to meet new needs head on, we are seeking your input on what areas within these five themes the System should focus on.
This survey is open to all members of the UNC System community and should take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Please note that this survey is anonymous and will not collect email addresses or IP addresses. However, because the survey includes open-ended questions, please avoid including information that could identify yourself or others.
