Do you have an upcoming University event or an announcement that you want to share with the campus community? If so, you can submit an event or announcement to appear on myEOL via our Help Desk!
To submit an IT ticket for a campus event or announcement within myEOL, please complete the following:
- Login into your myEOL account at https://myeol.nccu.edu.
- Click on the Tech Support button located in the Administrative & Academic Services section of myEOL.
- Click on the Services tab located on the horizontal maroon bar at the top of the page.
- Click on the Web Services category button.
- Click on myEOL Events & Announcements Request to complete and submit a request form.
If you are already logged into myEOL, you can also access the Web Service Communications Request page via the following direct link: https://nccu.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/1852/Portal/Requests/ServiceDet?ID=37098.
