Step 1: Canvas Login Troubles
Are you having trouble logging into Canvas? If so, before contacting the Eagle Technical Assistance Center (ETAC), please ensure you follow the correct login process below:
Students should use their full domain name:
Username@AD.nccu.edu
You will not be able to use the following:
Username@EAGLES.nccu.edu

Step 2: Password Reset and Self-Service Registration
Do you need to reset your password or sign up for our self-service password reset system? To reset your password on your own, you must first enroll in the self-service password reset program.
To enroll, you can choose one of these three methods. If you haven't enrolled yet, you'll encounter the enrollment wizard, which will ask for more information. If you've already enrolled, you'll see your current password reset options:
1. Visit the registration portal:
- Go to https://nccu.edu/ssprsetup and sign in with your NCCU email address and current password.
2. Access through myEOL:
- Go to https://myeol.nccu.edu, click on "Password Management" and select "Update Info" from the Security Info tile.
3. Use the myEOL help icon:
- Visit https://myeol.nccu.edu, click on the help icon ("?") and then select "Setup Password Reset."
- Once you've successfully registered, you can reset your password at any time by visiting https://nccu.edu/password.
Step 3: Troubleshooting Website Access Issues
Having trouble reaching a website or receiving an error message like “Stale Request” when trying to access a site? Try clearing your web browser’s cache and cookies. Click the following knowledge base link for your particular browser:
