Please join NCCU School of Law in its final 80th-anniversary celebration event: the “Legal Eagle Soaring into 2021” Virtual 5K Walk or Run. This event also symbolizes our surviving 2020 and thriving in 2021; it is a way to prepare our minds, bodies and souls to fight for our futures. The world witnessed an unprecedented pandemic in 2020, and many lives were lost. We honor them by being our best, learning and teaching at the highest level and supporting NCCU’s mission as well as the Law School’s vision for 2021 and beyond.
This virtual event commences on Dec. 1 and ends on Dec. 30. We are operating on the honor system. Please post your status on NCCU’s social media platforms as well as your own accounts. You can register and join anytime during the noted time frame. We also encourage you to invite friends and family to join you and let it serve as a holiday bonding experience.
The Virtual 5K Walk or Run is free for NCCU students. The cost is $25 for alumni, faculty, staff, family and friends. We are also offering a commemorative t-shirt at a cost of $25. The shirt can be ordered and paid for during the registration process. We encourage you to become a “Legal Eagle Soaring into 2021” Virtual 5K Donor at a cost of $80 so that your name can appear on the back of the t-shirt.
