NCCU Web Services is excited to announce an upcoming update to the Administrative & Academic Services section of myEOL!
This update introduces a refreshed look and feel, along with several new features designed to make it easier to find and manage the services you use most:
- Service “info drawers” for each application, offering quick descriptions and contact information
- An improved Favorites system, now available to both employees and students
- The ability to search for services directly from the myEOL homepage—no more digging to find tools like Eagle’s Purch
- Custom alerts to notify you when a service is undergoing maintenance or temporarily unavailable
- A more streamlined process for adding new services, allowing the Web Services team to respond more quickly to updates
Please note: Employees currently using the Favorites feature will need to reselect their favorites in the new system, as previous selections from the old system will not carry over. Once set in the new system, your preferences will continue to be saved to your account.
