
The National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS) is seeking 20 Black, African American, African or Afro-Caribbean adults to join an important study to understand community concerns and beliefs among people of color about vaccines and immunizations. Each participant will receive $50 in exchange for contributing their feedback.
Who Can Participate?
You may participate in this study if you:
- Identify as Black or African American (male or female, age 18 or older).
- Have not received any COVID-19 vaccination
- Are a resident of North Carolina
- Have access to a stable internet connection and the Zoom app
- Are able to understand and speak English or communicate using American Sign Language (ASL)
What Is Required?
Study registration and commitment to participate in a 2-hour online activity is required to receive compensation for this study.
Who Is Running the Study?
The study is being run by a team led by Joan Packenham, Ph.D., at the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina.
