With a new year ahead of us, the Office of Human Resources (OHR) realizes the value that can be gained through introspection and what it could reveal as our office seeks to initiate and implement an improvement strategy for its OHR professionals and our service delivery to you.
We are launching HRCustomerServiceSurvey, a mini customer service survey for use in measuring the OHR’s performance as the University’s workforce service organization. Moving forward, it is important for us to know and understand your perceptions regarding positive solutions delivered or the identification, analysis and resolution of issues or deficiencies that may be evident in our service organization. Your voluntary interest and honest opinions regarding our performance are being solicited in support of our quest for betterment.
The survey, located in the signature section of OHR employee emails, will take 2–4 minutes to complete. All voluntary employee responses will remain confidential and anonymous. They will also be provided to our Chief Human Resources Officer Michael E. Hill to ensure that quality customer service is being executed by the OHR.
