The deadline to submit your Faculty-and-Staff Tuition Waiver Form to the Student Accounting Department for the Fall 2023 Term is by 4 p.m. on August 25, 2023.

If your 2023 Summer 1 or Dual Session bill is going to be paid by an authorized third-party agency, the deadline to submit your authorization forms from the third-party agency to the Student Accounting department is 4 p.m. on May 24, 2023.

If you plan to use your faculty-and-staff tuition waiver as half of the payment towards your 2023 Summer 1 or Dual Session charges, the deadline to submit your Faculty-and-Staff Tuition Waiver Form to the Student Accounting department is 4 p.m. on May 24, 2023.

Please verify if your student account is validated for the Spring 2022 term by going to myEOL and selecting Student Account and Financial Validation Status in Banner SSB.  If the message states you are not validated, please follow steps 1 through 4 below. Course schedules will be canceled for those students who have not made satisfactory

Attention, financial aid recipients! Due to federal regulations, you will only be allowed to use $200.00 of your Spring 2022 Federal Financial Aid Award to pay towards any outstanding balance up to one financial aid award year prior to the Spring 2022 term.

The deadline to submit your faculty-and-staff tuition waiver form to the Student Accounting Department for the Spring 2023 term is 4 p.m. on January 23, 2023. Spring 2023 faculty-and-staff tuition waivers will be applied to the student’s account by January 23, 2023.

If your Summer II 2023 bill is going to be paid by an authorized third-party agency, the deadline to submit your authorization forms for a third-party agency to the Student Accounting Department is 4 p.m. on July 5, 2023.
