North Carolina Central University's campus is 136 acres of hardscape, landscape, roadways, and utility distribution infrastructure that is maintained by the grounds team. 

Housekeeping Services is responsible for the safe and effective cleaning of all buildings on campus.  We service the University 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. 

Our state-owned vehicles shall be driven only by university employees and used for official state and university business only. Other vehicles operate under NC Motor Fleet Regulations.
