Chatbot Now on NCCU.edu

We are happy to announce that our chatbot is now available on NCCU.edu

We originally launched the “Eddie the Eagle” chatbot in 2020 for internal NCCU use, with the chat assistant appearing as an eagle icon in the bottom-right corner of myEOL. Due to popular demand, we’ve now expanded its use to an external audience by placing the chatbot on NCCU.edu. While the chatbot has a different look and feel to match its new home, the service is still the same!

“Eddie” is equipped to respond to user requests for additional information or services related to North Carolina Central University, without the need for human intervention. We encourage you to test this out, on myEOL or NCCU.edu!

Note: Eddie is always learning about human behavior. When testing, please don’t be afraid to ask him the same question multiple times or in different ways. He learns based on your questions.
