We are currently experiencing issues with users logging into Banner SSB. Banner is requesting that you login with your user ID (Banner ID, 820#) and pin when you visit the site.
What If I Forgot My Banner ID?
If you do not remember you Banner ID, please click on the Account Menu Icon, in myEOL and select “My Account” for your Banner ID.
What If I Can’t Remember My Pin?
There are two ways to obtain this information.
- Once you click on the Banner SSB button in myEOL you will see two boxes to enter your User ID (Banner ID) and PIN. Type in your Banner ID and click the “Forgot PIN?” button. Once you answer your security questions you will be able to reset your pin.
- If you are still having trouble remembering your pin, feel free to contact our Eagle Technical Assistance Center (ETAC) at 919-530-7676. (You must know your Banner ID, to receive your pin).
